A washed-processed coffee with cedar-like aroma, solid sweetness along with hints of bitterness and spice. Light in acidity. Make for a pleasant and smooth coffee.
This coffee came from the coop PROCAFEM founded in 2002, comprised of nearly 300 producers. The coop is endeavoured to providing subsistent farming and preserving the indigenous culture, Mayan Quiché, as many of the members of this coop are of this indigenous heritage.
